Polyether SG25 is ideal for light-load applications. It provides thermal insulation, is hypoallergenic, and is often used for tufting, headboards, and packaging material. It’s also a budget-friendly choice for dog cushions, ottomans, and light-use mattresses. Additionally, SG25 is commonly used in costume design for carnival or theater performances.

Choose from different shapes and sizes

Within our SG25 polyether range, you can choose from custom-cut foam, foam sheets, thin polyether, bolster rolls, and polyether flakes.

Flexible, resilient, and easy to use

Polyether SG25 is firm, resilient, and flexible. When compressed, it returns to its original shape. The SG-value (specific weight) indicates that one cubic meter of this foam weighs 25 kg.

The higher the SG-value, the longer the lifespan and the greater the load it can handle.

For a more durable alternative, consider SG35 or SG40 polyether.
