Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order in The United Kingdom. All our products are delivered for free to your doorstep, with no minimum order required.

Shipping Your Order
Once you've found the perfect product on our site, we ensure it's processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Average Delivery Times:
- Order Processing: After placing your order, we need 1 business days to process it. If you order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- Shipping: Once processed, your order will be shipped and typically delivered within 7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: To ensure your order is shipped the same day, you can always contact us by phone.
Delivery of Your Order
Defective Product: Unfortunately, products can sometimes be damaged during transit. We will always send a replacement free of charge the first time this happens, but we cannot offer a refund. If this occurs again, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.
Lost Package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will send a replacement first before processing any refunds. If your order has not been received within 60 days of shipment, we may offer a refund.
