Right of withdrawal
Returns Policy
At Exact Foam, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the product.
You will receive a full refund, including the standard shipping costs for delivery. However, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
Please note: products that are custom-made to your specifications (bespoke foam cut to size) cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, and – where reasonably possible – in the original packaging.

Once we have received the returned item in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, we kindly ask you to contact us directly at info@exactfoam.co.uk. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Should we not come to a satisfactory resolution, you may escalate your complaint through the UK Government’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible here:
