Lifespan

Polyether SG25 has a lifespan of 1 to 3 years under normal use. It is suitable for light to moderate loads but wears out faster than more durable foam types, such as cold foam.

This product is custom-cut to size. You can select the following dimensions:

Length: 10 – 300 cm

Width: 10 – 140 cm

Thickness: 3 – 20 cm

Note: Foam larger than 200 cm is standardly glued. A deviation of 1 to 2 mm may occur.

Applications

Polyether SG25 is a firm type of foam that is commonly used for occasional use or in situations where the foam does not need to support heavy loads. It offers a cost-effective solution for applications such as cushions, furniture, and mattress protectors, but is less durable than other types of foam intended for intensive use.

Forming

After shipping, the foam usually needs one day to fully return to its original dimensions.
